Hungover?

As students we have hangovers. A LOT! When your hungover your body is lacking in vitamins and water you need to replenish your body with these things.

Make sure you drink lots of water!
But on this blog we're all about recipes making things and being creative, no matter how bad you feel.

Some options could be:
  • Smoothies- Fruit full of vitamins to replenish the ones you last over the night
  • Toast - To replace lost blood sugar
  • Soup - Lots of water and easy to digest
  • Pro-biotic yogurts - Helps digestion and is full of friendly bacteria
  • Dried fruit - Apricotes and Dates
  • Marmite - YUCK! we swear it's pure evil but hey I guess 'you love it or hate it' (we hate it).... oh yeah and something about the active yeast is supposed to help you
