  1. Pancakes
    Easy and simple and FUN!!!

    125g plain flour
    1 egg large
    300ml 1% fat milk
    2 tsp vegetable oil
    Toppings

Put the flour eggs and milk into a bowl. Whisk the ingredients together to make a thin batter. Then heat a small heavy-based frying pan with a few drops of oil. Add 3 tablespoons of the batter and swirl around the pan to make a small flat pancake. After a few minutes the underside should be cooked, flip over the pancake and cook the the other side. Serve hot with your favourite toppings (we suggest chocolate and cream!)
    This should make 8 pancakes
