  1. Chicken Soup

    • Chicken Stock Cube
    • Chicken Sliced
    • Half an Onion Diced
    • Handful of Green beans halved
    • 1 Carrot chopped
    • 3-4 New Potatoes halved
    • 1 Clove Garlic
    • 1 tsp of Mixed Herbs
    • 300mls of boiling Water
    • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
    • 1 tsp tomato puree
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Chilli (optional) add with onions

    In a deep pan fry the garlic and onions in the vegetable oil until the onions begin to soften. Add the boiling water, stock cube, tomato puree, herbs, potatoes and carrot to the pan. Boil for 8 minutes, not allowing the soup to boil dry. Add the chicken and green beans to the pan and boil for a further 8-10 minutes until the ingredients are cooked through.
