Revising?

If your revising you need to concentrate!
And if you don't have that pill from that film with Bradley Cooper... Limitless
Then you might be having that sinking feeling like you might fail
But fear not my friends!

Help is at hand at University Munch!
We want you to succeed. So you need brain food!
'But my brain doesn't have a mouth, how could we possibly feed it food?' you ask.
Its simple!
Eat Healthily! It's tempting during exam time to stock up on crisps and lock yourself in your room.
But by making sure your on a good diet and getting the right food in your system then your going to be able to concentrate better and ultimately do better in your exams.

Genius!
(we know, we know)

Anyways enough of this babbling! Here's some things which you will need!
  • Foods low in sugar - Sugary foods increase anxiety. You need to keep your mind at ease.
  • Fish -Oily fish contains 'omega-3,' that stuffs good for the brain and improves mental clarity
  • Wholegrain - Contains vitamins B12 and B6, also good for the brain and recalling information
  • Vitamin C - Oranges are great for this but so are black currants. Eat them!
  • Nuts - Vitamin E is found in nuts as well as leafy green vegetables, seeds, eggs, brown rice and wholegrain's
  • Seeds - Pumpkin seeds contain zinc great for enhancing your memory skills
  • Tomatoes - contains antioxidants that help kill cancerous cells that kill brain cells. Ketchup doesn't count!
Make sure you drink lots of water too!
Good Luck!!!
